The mission of the Community Hospital Foundation is to provide a comprehensive program of financial growth that supports the mission and vision of Community Hospital.

Since 1998 the Foundation’s enthusiastic fund-raising efforts have resulted in many contributions to Community Hospital and the growing demand from the community. 

It is only through the dedication of our community that projects like these are possible. Your campaign pledges, annual gifts, and donations make the difference.

In conjunction with Community Hospital Foundation’s ongoing commitment to making quality healthcare available close to home, we appreciate our friends and neighbors who support this mission with their generous gifts. Community Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organization, and donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
